Class	Description
BinaryDecoder	Decodes builtinTypes, structures, enumerations and messages from byte buffer.
BinaryEncoder	Encodes built-in types, Enumerations, Structures and Messages.
ByteUtils	Internal helper for byte operations, but used from multiple packages.
DecoderUtils	DecoderUtils class.
LittleEndianByteUtils	Internal helper for byte operations, but used from multiple packages.
NodeIdEncoding.AsByte	Same constants as in NodeIdEncoding, but as byte-field version, to be used with switch-case statements that need compile-time primitive literals.
